I am so glad I chose this maternity support belt! It gave me the support I need to continue my exercise regimen and keep my fitness at a level where I was comfortable. I continued to exercise five days a week during my pregnancy, mostly cardio and upper body. I could not have done it without this belt! I never felt like my belly was sagging or bouncing while I exercised. It completely held me up and helped support my back as well. It is labeled as medium support but I felt like I could run for miles in this belt and never be uncomfortable. Anything stronger would have been too stiff, as this belt is made from breathable yet strong fabric. It also has two sections of Velcro so you can adjust the belt to your desired size for more or less control and support.

I would buy it again for future pregnancies, as it lived up to all of my expectations. I definitely recommend the Gabrialla maternity support belt for the active pregnant woman who wants to maintain her fitness levels!
